Joa Ahern-Seronde is a Career Strategist and the founder of Carte Blanche Careers and JEM Achievement. Her passion lies in helping people tell their professional stories with impact and dismantling systemic injustices. Joa’s work includes supporting clients in intensive 1:1 structure, leading group cohorts in career development, and speaking to departments and organizations on the importance of internal development and promotion. She holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and a Bachelors in Psychology from Wellesley College.
